De-Escalation courses for teaching staff
Confident teachers who feel empowered to effectively manage challenging classroom situations
Delivered online or in person, our verbal resolution courses give teaching staff a validated toolkit to de-escalate conflict peacefully and calmly, protecting both their own and their students' emotional and physical well-being.

Recognise and prepare for how they may feel at each stage of conflict and how different feelings and emotions can help or hinder resolution.
-
Be able to deploy late intervention resolution options.
-
Feel better able to repair relationships post-conflict.
