Our Story
"I started Peaceable because I wanted to help people to feel safe in the workplace. Now more than ever, teachers and other workers in different industries need robust support systems, professional development, and toolkits to effectively manage conflict and rising tensions.
Understanding what leads to conflict, and how to de-escalate it safely and early could have a huge impact on peoples' every day lives, lead to greater health, collaboration and ultimately build better communities.
My career has provided me with perhaps a unique insight into how to resolve conflicts safely and confidently. It's also shown me first-hand the consequences and lengthy repercussions for people who unwittingly escalate events. "
