Our Founders

Kev Ayre

Kev is a third-dan black belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu. He has decades of experience teaching martial arts to all ages and also leads multiple well-regarded alternative provisions for teenagers unable to learn in mainstream education. 

 

He has a wealth of experience working senior leaders across industry, teachers, community groups and young people who are hard to reach or present challenging behaviours.

 Bee Wilson

Bee is an experienced health and wellbeing coach delivering the tools we all need to feel energetic, healthy, focused and calm under conflict and pressure.

​​

She has a wealth of experience working in business with entrepreneurs and supporting leaders and teams to stay calm and remain effective in chaos and conflict.

​

She is also experienced in SEN, alternative provisions and pupil referral units.

​​

Both founded Peaceable initially to help teaching staff adopt their toolkit to calm high-stress student situations without negatively impacting relationships or jeopardising safety.

 

Due to increasing demand,  they have since developed a course to help public and private sector organisations empower their staff to skillfully and peacefully manage the expectations of hostile customers and members of the public, protecting their own well-being and the reputation of their business.

 

In addition, they have well-tested courses to help students and young people avoid and exit dangerous situations, build bridges and develop positive relationships.
